Utilities and weekly cleaning are $90 pw. The total cost for the room, including all utilities and weekly cleaning of shared bathroom and common areas, is $370 pw.

Double or queen-sized beds and bedroom furniture can also be supplied for $30 pw, or you can bring your own.

The minimum tenancy is 6 months. The bond is 4 weeks' rent. You must have good credit and references.
