Our properties include all major appliances (whiteware), a dining table and chairs, a comfy couch, and a Smart TV. The gardens are maintained. Your private room can be either unfurnished or furnished at an additional cost. Reserved off-street or garage parking is also available at some properties subject to availability and an additional cost. Couples may only rent Master Bedrooms with an extra utility charge of $20 pw.  The minimum tenancy is 6 months.
